This week’s episode is with Angela Bentley, The Ice Warrior, who has made it her mission to help people incorporate the Wim Hof method into their everyday lives. As a qualified Wim Hof instructor, Angela has practised and studied the method to truly understand its potential and the health benefits we can all enjoy. From improving her own mental and physical health, where anxiety was a key player and almost losing her life 4 years ago, she takes daily ice baths and practices powerful breathwork to make her stronger, happier and healthier, feeling like a complete warrior.
