2: 'Leaning Into The Brain I’ve Got' - Pippa Simou

"With ADHD if you're doing what you LOVE you're likely to be BRILLIANT at it"

This week’s episode is with Pippa Simou. Pippa’s professional background is in secondary education, teaching RE. In 2016, to achieve further flexibility to support her neurodiverse children, Pippa joined a local charity as a coach and trainer, working to support parents and professionals who live or work with children who have ADHD / ASD.

In 2017 Pippa was herself diagnosed with ADHD, which highlighted the lack of understanding and services for women with the condition. Pippa started ‘The ADD-vantage' in 2020, offering support services specifically to women and girls with ADHD symptoms to help them understand and grow into their symptoms.
