Harnessing our ADHD Intuition and Inner Wisdom
Trusting our native intuition, learning about how our gut feelings show up, and harnessing and accessing more of it can be vital energy for those of us who are neurodivergent and often think only with our (busy!) minds.
Having such overactive brains means we can often detach from our bodies and gut or intuitive feelings and become burdened with self-doubt. By trusting in our deep intuition and inner wisdom, we can give our brains and overthinking some time out and go back within and learn to trust our body's signalling.
This week’s guest is Dr Robyn Mckay. An authority on spiritual intelligence, Robyn McKay is a top advisor to high EQ executives and leaders at Fortune 500 companies and elite-level performers in entrepreneurship, sports and entertainment.
Robyn is known as a “whole brain” coach and has a PhD in counselling psychology, where she studied diverse concepts ranging from spiritual intelligence and personal development to positive psychology and creativity. Her distinct range of tools that span from the spiritual to the scientific serves as the baseline for her unique approach to transformational leadership and innovation.
